As soon as you walk in the door the atmosphere promotes relaxation; this is a stress free zone. We take the time to do a detailed intake to see what you expect to get out of the session. Together, we will tailor a session to meet your needs. After all, this is your session and it's all about you. We want you to be heard and feel like you got the most out of your time with us. We don't want you to feel rushed off the table and out the door after each session. Feel free to have a cup of tea or water, relax a bit longer, take a breath and enjoy a moment for yourself.

We strive to be a leader in improving the health and wellness of our community. We enjoy fostering wellness education and improving our clients overall health. We are not just a relaxation spa all though you can get that here as well. We strive to help those with minor injuries and chronic pain.

We want you to feel heard and know that we are here to listen and help you meet your goals no matter how big or small.
