As soon as you walk in the door the atmosphere promotes relaxation; this is a stress free zone. We take the time to do a detailed intake to see what you expect to get out of the session. Together, we will tailor a session to meet your needs. After all, this is your session and it's all about you. We want you to be heard and feel like you got the most out of your time with us. We don't want you to feel rushed off the table and out the door after each session. Feel free to have a cup of tea or water, relax a bit longer, take a breath and enjoy a moment for yourself.

Jonathan Berens, LMT

Licensed Massage Therapist | Chronic Pain Specialist | Endurance Athlete & Wellness Advocate

As a Licensed Massage Therapist with over 10 years of hands-on experience, I’m passionate about helping clients at The Radiant Touch experience true healing, improved mobility, and lasting relief from chronic pain. My work blends advanced therapeutic techniques with a deeply personalized approach, so each client receives care designed for their unique needs.
I specialize in Myofascial Release Therapy (trained in the John F. Barnes method), postural and gait analysis, facilitated stretching, and chronic pain management. I also bring a unique perspective to my practice as an endurance athlete who has competed in multiple marathons, ultra marathons, triathlons, and both half and full IRONMAN competitions. This first-hand experience gives me an in-depth understanding of the physical demands of training and competition, as well as the recovery strategies athletes need to stay strong and perform at their best.
In addition to therapeutic massage and deep tissue work, I offer nutrition counseling, wellness consultations, and athlete-focused mobility work to help individuals not only recover faster, but also prevent injury and train more effectively. Whether you’re a competitive athlete, weekend warrior, or want to move and feel better, my goal is to help you optimize your body’s performance and well-being.

When I’m not in the treatment room, I enjoy cycling, hiking, backpacking, and exploring Kentucky’s trails—because I believe that movement and nature are among the best medicines we have.
