Calm out and join us at Bernheim Arboretum and Research Forest. We will be diving into the mindfulness of Mother Earth and the gifts she provides. A hike down the beautiful Rock Run Loop (0.5mi moderate) located on Bernheim Forest Rd. while engaging in open conversation and all the beauty that Bernheim offers. We will stop mid way as a resting and reflection point also a brief meditation.

Bernheim does ask for a small donation when entering but is not necessary.
