💜A reminder as the weekend begins:

Weekends can feel different in recovery.
More time. More triggers. More feelings.

You don’t have to fill every hour.
You don’t have to be “on.”
You don’t have to prove your recovery to anyone.

So this weekend, we’re leaning into affirmations — not to pretend things are easy, but to remind ourselves what’s true.

✨ I am allowed to rest and move at my own pace.
✨ I don’t have to do this alone.
✨ I am safe to slow down.
✨ I trust myself today.
✨ I am doing the best I can and that is enough.
✨ My sobriety matters — even on the weekend. I can enjoy my weekend without numbing.

Comment with the one you’re taking, or the one you’re offering. Recovery is better when we do it together. We’re walking with you.

When your Higher Power places a mission on your heart—and surrounds you with women who believe in it, there is no limit to what can grow.

At Sobriety Sisters Movement, we are building a community rooted in sisterhood, and purpose. We believe every woman deserves grace, support, and the opportunity to begin again. What started as a calling has become a movement powered by courageous women showing up for one another.

We see a Higher Power working through connection, compassion, and community every single day.

If you’ve ever felt called to be part of something meaningful, this is your invitation. Whether you volunteer, donate, share our page, follow our page, or simply lift us in prayer- your support matters! Every act of kindness helps carry this mission forward.

Together, we rise. Together, we heal.
And together, we will go far, one woman at a time. 💜

Thank you for believing. Thank you for standing with us. This is only the beginning.

🌝Tonight’s moon is full — a reminder that even in the darkest season, light still comes.
Just because it’s heavy doesn’t mean it’s not whole. 💜

Some days sobriety looks like joy.
Some days it looks like grief.
Some days it looks like simply getting through the next minute, the next hour.
Some days it looks like simply not giving up.💜

If you’re struggling, if it feels heavy, please don’t carry it alone. ❌
Isolation is loud. Sisterhood is louder. 📢
Don’t isolate. Don’t disappear. Reach out to a sister, come to a meeting, or just let someone sit with you in it.🫶🏼

Under the Snow Moon, emotions run deep and reflections are real. If tonight feels intense, you are seen, felt, and not alone.
Whatever today looks like, we’re with you.
There is room for you here. Always. 💜

Some quotes don’t just sound beautiful — they carry wisdom that feels timeless.

To love all is to lead with kindness, even when it’s hard, even when we simply want to lash out or run away. In recovery it’s to help others even when they think it’s hopeless. Especially when they think it’s hopeless.

To trust a few is to honor discernment and protect your peace when things get confusing. In recovery it’s to trust the process as well, that who’s meant to be, will be.

To do wrong to none is to live with integrity, choosing compassion over conflict. In recovery it’s to continue praying for those we’ve harmed, as well as those who’ve harmed us.

This simple line reminds us that we don’t have to be perfect to be good humans — we just have to be intentional. About how we treat others. About who we let close. About staying true to our values. In recovery and out.

May we move through this world with open hearts, clear boundaries, and gentle spirits. ❤️

You are not an option.
You are not a backup plan.
You are not something to be revisited when it’s convenient.

You are worthy of showing up now—for yourself, your healing, your peace, your future.

If you’ve ever waited for someone to choose you while putting your own needs on hold, this is your reminder: choose you today. This goes for all of us, but for those of us in recovery, it isn’t just about staying sober—it’s about reclaiming your value and protecting your heart at all costs! ❤️

✨ The Two Loops We All Face in Recovery ✨

This image says so much about the daily work of recovery.

We all start with a situation — a trigger, a feeling, a memory, a hard day. What happens next depends on our intention.

🔁 The Victim Loop can look like:
Blame → Deny → Ignore → Hide → Resist → Rationalize
This is where shame lives. Where we feel stuck. Where the disease wants us isolated and powerless.

🔁 The Accountability Loop looks different:
Recognize → Own → Forgive → Self-Examine → Learn → Take Action
This is recovery. Progress. Not perfection. Responsibility without self-hatred. Growth without shame. Being willing to examine our part in things without getting stuck in The Victim Loop.

Recovery doesn’t mean we never fall into the lower loop. It means we learn how to pause, reset our intention, and choose a different next step, the right next step, even when it’s the harder path.

💬 We don’t do this alone. We simply don’t have to.
💬 We learn together, one day at a time.
💬 We practice compassion for ourselves while still being honest.

If today feels heavy, just recognizing where you are is already a step toward accountability. One small action is enough for today.

You’re not broken. You’re learning. And that’s recovery. 💛

This is your reminder that you don’t need to have everything figured out to belong here.

Hope doesn’t always show up as big breakthroughs or clear answers. Sometimes it looks like staying connected, taking the next small step, or letting yourself be supported.

This community exists for real people in real seasons—learning, growing, and walking forward together. If you’re looking for a place to land, to listen, or to begin again, you’re welcome here.

Come as you are. Join us when you’re ready. One step is enough.💜

Today we honor and celebrate yet another beloved Sobriety Sister!! Our “Big Sister” Krystle Plant has 2 years of continuous sobriety and we are so incredibly proud of her! Krystle shows up for her sisters and puts in the work to keep herself on a path of prosperity! She is such a kind person whose light is obvious to anyone who meets her! But enough from us! Here’s what Krystle had to say about what life was like and what it’s like now…

⸝

“Two years ago, I made the decision to get sober.
I woke up after another night of putting poison into my body, and for the last time, I woke up with a hangover. That morning, I said, “I am done.”

I was scared, but determined. I had tried before, but this time I knew I had to. My life was falling apart, and I wanted it back.

Choosing sobriety was the best decision of my life.

Not long ago, I was living in hurt—caught in lies, feeling disgusting, and not liking who I was. Today, I am a completely different person.

I have a beautiful life now, with everything I thought I lost and more. I am forever grateful for the day I chose no more. I can do hard things. I am strong. I am proud of who I am today!”
