We’re proud to support a local student who is organizing a donation drive to create care bags for children staying at the Ronald McDonald House

These bags are meant to bring a little comfort and distraction to kids and families spending long days at the hospital.

We are currently accepting donations of:
Coloring books, crayons, markers, stickers, and small activity items for kids

Donations can be dropped off at our location during business hours. There will be a donation box located on our front porch. Please see the flyer for full details!

Thank you for helping us support families in our community

Do something silly today. Seriously.
Life gets heavy, routines get rigid, and before we know it, everything starts to feel a little too serious. But your brain actually needs moments of lightness. Being playful, laughing at something goofy, dancing in your kitchen, wearing something ridiculous, those small, silly moments help reset your nervous system and remind you that joy is still accessible.

You don’t have to earn it. You don’t have to be productive first.

Do something that makes no sense.
Laugh at something ridiculous .
Be a little weird on purpose.
Your mental health will thank you for it.

Today in the office, three therapists put their heads (and hands!) together and created the most adorable little beaded plant. It may seem small, but it’s such a sweet reminder of what collaboration really looks like.

In therapy, we believe the best outcomes happen when people feel supported and that includes us, too. We consult, we brainstorm, we lean on each other’s strengths, and sometimes we even get creative together.

Grateful to work alongside clinicians who value connection, creativity, and teamwork l because when we support each other, we’re even better equipped to support you.

We want to give a genuine thank you to Ek's Donuts for dropping off donuts for our team this morning. It was such a thoughtful surprise, and we really appreciate the kindness.
If you haven’t been there yet, they’re a great local spot with fresh, classic donuts (and plenty of specialty options too). Definitely worth checking out.
We’re grateful for the support and for being part of a community that shows up for each other.

Valentine’s Day isn’t just about romantic love, it’s about all forms of love, including the one we have for ourselves.

This week in our office, we’re focusing on self-love. We’re practicing noticing our strengths, honoring our boundaries, speaking kindly to ourselves, and remembering that we are worthy exactly as we are.

Healing starts with how we treat ourselves.
And you deserve the same compassion you so freely give to others.
