We know so many of you have waited and requested....we are very excited to announce that Lauren Pazmino, LMT has joined LUMA as our new massage therapist.
We feel very fortunate to have such a talent join our staff of talented and gifted professionals!
She will be working Saturdays 10-2pm beginning August 9th and her schedule is open for pre-booking on our booking website or by calling us at 502-531-1030.

Hi! I'm Lauren Pazmino, originally from Huntington Beach, California, raised in the Louisville area, and now proudly call Mount Washington my home. As a licensed massage therapist since 2019, I am passionate about fostering healing and wellness. I earned my Medical Massage Therapy degree from Sullivan University and have refined my skills in diverse environments, including medical spas, wellness centers, and facilities dedicated to mental health and substance abuse recovery.
My experiences have deepened my understanding of massage therapy's transformative potential, particularly for trauma, anxiety, and emotional well-being. I've completed advanced training in modalities such as: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Himalayan Hot Stone, Trigger Point, Hydrotherapy, Sports, Pre-Natal, Chair Massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage (HNF), and Cupping. Additionally, I've contributed to a university-recognized research study on anxiety, reinforcing my commitment to evidence-based practice.
I specialize in creating personalized sessions tailored to each client's unique needs, whether you are managing chronic pain, recovering from injury, or simply seeking space to relax and reset. My approach is both intuitive and informed, always trauma-aware, and grounded in the belief that true healing happens when we address the body and mind together.
