THIS MESSAGE IS NOT TARGETED TOWARD ANYONE SPECIFIC!
As most of you know, I am returning to school to get my bachelor's degree, and my time is minimal since I have to drive back and forth to Oneonta. 
In the past, I have been easygoing on my policy as I really try to be understanding, and I know that everybody has responsibilities.
The following statement will be HIGHLY enforced starting immediately, as I have bills to pay too.

Cancellation Policy:
I understand situations arise that are out of your control in which you may need to cancel your appointment. Please understand that appointment times are limited. When advanced notice is not provided, you are preventing me from the opportunity to schedule other clients for that spot.
With that being said, immediately, I will be enforcing the following policies.
I require a 24+ hour notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Any no-show or anything less than 24-hour notice will be required to pay 50% of the scheduled service cost before scheduling another appointment.
Late arrivals to appointments will require that I end the session at the scheduled time, meaning your session will, unfortunately, be shorter, but you will be required to pay the full session amount.
With this policy in place, I can schedule clients who have suffered an injury or have been on a cancelation list.
