We are excited to announce new team members to Alpine Roots Counseling. Please join us in welcoming Michele Fritz, LCSW. Here is a little bit about Michele.
Michele is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW, Independent Contractor) in the state of Wyoming. She is a Trauma-Informed Therapist who practices though EMDR & Somatic Healing. She earned her bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Dayton in 2001 and completed her master's degree in Social Work from the University of Wyoming in 2020. Michele is a certified Yoga instructor and has been working with children and families for the last 5 years.
Michele is dedicated to helping individuals heal through a compassionate, person-centered approach. With specialized training in trauma recovery, EMDR, somatic healing, parenting support, mindfulness based approaches and life transitions. She creates a safe, supportive space for adults and adolescents to navigate life’s challenges.
Her work is grounded in the belief that healing begins with connection—within ourselves and with others. She strives to meet clients where they are and guides them toward resilience, self-understanding, and growth.
Life has many moving parts and complexities. Michele will support you through unresolved life events, a life transition, stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, or parenting challenges. She is here to walk alongside you with empathy and care.
