At Acumen Foster Homes we specialize in caring for adults with cognitive impairment and challenging behaviors. We focus on caring for the person as a whole including physical, mental, and social ailments. In our home setting we are able to help residents thrive due to the low stimulus environment and close attention from staff.

We have two homes, one in Sheridan, Oregon and one in Monmouth, Oregon. Currently, our spring special is room and care for $5000.00 total. Additional fees may apply for challenging behaviors, emergency exiting, and night needs.
