Vin to Yin! A balance of 2 different practices.
We will start with centering followed with a standing flow, moving into Yin Yoga.
Vinyasa Yoga with its breath to movement and intensity energetically targets the muscles. Vin creates and moves energy .
Yin Yoga encourages us to slow down. Yin Yoga is slower paced done seated or reclined, poses are held to target the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues, ligaments, the fascia that connects our body.
Yin draws us into the present moment, improves the energy flow, perhaps releasing stuck emotional tension in the body.
