What an amazing week at the Goldman Sachs headquarters in NYC this past week. So much learning, so much networking, and so much excitement! I'm so thankful for this opportunity that was given to me in September last year, that culminated in this final week.

It’s World Parkinson’s Disease Day. We want to recognize all those affected, as well as caregivers and families, for the work they do every day to live a better life! Much is being done on the side of research to help slow the progression of this disease.

Runners and Triathletes, it’s the off season (or almost)! Are you looking to improve your run form or prevent a future injury? We have a 3D computerized run analysis device that will look at your form from all angles. How is this different from a regular run analysis? Well, you have sensors that are placed on various areas of your lower body and 3 cameras that pick up the movements of these sensors while you are running. It then uses computerized data to determine exactly where your deficits are in your form. From there, we can give you a customized program of exercise and form work for the areas that need improvement and reduce risk for injury.
A 90 minute session includes a Runner Readiness Assessment, which looks at mobility and strength, a 3D run analysis, and a program for you to begin. Regular price for this is $375. I’m offering it at $325 for the first 10 people who purchase one and get it done before December 15.
