I am so happy to announce that I will be teaching aerobic classes for the next ten weeks every Monday and Wednesday from 6:30-7:30pm! Monday's class is kickboxing and Wednesday will be BRB (Beach Ready Body). Class will be held at Dr. Erin Merrill-Macy's Studio on Main. Each class is $10 or I have several package options. All classes are fitting for all levels of fitness. I look so forward to reviving this part of myself and getting back to working out with you!!! ❤️ See you Monday, March 14th at 6:30pm!

Hello my beautiful friends!!! It's been exactly HALF A YEAR since I have posted anything here!!! 😲 And guess what? It's time to get something going again!! Tomorrow July 1st, please join me for a 5:30am Rise and Shine Stretch at Veteran's Park. Bring your yoga mat or a towel, and let's start the day off right!!! M/W/F 5:30-6am!!!
