What an incredible day at the 2026 Women’s Leadership Symposium! ✨

Dr. Amanda Novak led an amazing wellness panel covering everything from infectious disease and perimenopause to hormonal health, preventative cancer care, and the power of food as medicine. Julia Turner, DNP, APRN, shared such valuable insights on high-risk and genetic screenings. A true reminder that early detection saves lives.

And one of our favorite parts of the day? Getting to meet so many wonderful women who stopped by our Baptist Health booth! Whether you grabbed a scarf, a hat, or a koozie, we loved every conversation and connection made. You all made the day so special! ❤️

Because taking care of yourself starts with knowledge and great company.

Dr. Ijanae Holman-Allgood is a full-spectrum family medicine physician. She takes care of all ages, birth to death; as well as provides full-spectrum prenatal care.
