Willow Creek Counseling Associates, LLC Willow Creek Counseling Associates, LLC (WCCA) is dedicated to providing comprehensive behavioral health services and consultation.

Willow Creek Counseling Associates, LLC was founded by Joy Hart Brown, MSW, LCSW and Juli Wallin-Fisgus, MSW, LCSW. The founders have twenty-five years of combined clinical experience serving clients with developmental disabilities, Serious and Persistent Mental Illness, adjudicated adolescents, children and families, criminal justice clients, and those with substance use disorders. WCCA founders have clinical expertise in trauma based treatment, substance abuse treatment, and creating motivation for change.
