I believe The best and most important relationship is the one we hold with ourselves. As our inner world transforms, The world beyond our eyes begins to bloom. My work is a combination of Heart-Healing, Connecting into Your Inner Wisdom (Intuition) and Shifting Your Mindset. As an Empath, Intuitive Life Coach, Guided Imagery Master & Sound Healer I don’t have one single approach. I prefer to customize my sessions to the clients needs using a variety of modalities and tools, as we are all unique and have different needs. I don’t claim to know the secret recipe to life, but I serve as a facilitator and a guide here for you, as you walk the path of reconnecting to your Heart’s Wisdom and remembering who you really are. My goal is to help you live a life that celebrates the Authentic Person you are and allows you to feel more Peaceful, Passionate and Empowered.

"No matter our age, background, or story, when we come together in sound and presence, something greater than us all unfolds.

From private circles to corporate teams, I’ve seen it time and again—sound and mindfulness turn any group into a collective force of healing, connection, transformation and clarity.

Honored to witness such a beautiful energy shift in just 90 minutes at this morning's private group Shabbat Shuvah gathering.

We moved from guided releasing meditation and journaling to water releasing ritual to soothing sound bath.

We held sacred space for releasing what feels heavy in the moment that may be separating us from feeling and being our best self. Dissolving these burdens into the water watching them dissolve creating an open space to set a new intention and a shift towards a new chapter as we enter qa new season.

We closed the circle using our voices to create a symphony of heart soothing hums and tones.

Grateful to guide and hold space for this beautiful community healing experience.

What an honor to hold space this morning for a private Shabbat Shuvah gathering.

We moved through a releasing meditation, reflective journaling, and a water ritual, to release the burdens that weigh us down.

After we released and open up space we set an intention for what we are ready to invite into this new season of fall and the next chapter. and held space for the collective intentions energized by the vibrations of a sound bath.

It is always so special to witness and hold space for a room full of unique individuals weaving their energies together to create something truly profound.

There's a sacred alchemy that occurs when we intentionally slow down together for collective self-care and healing time.

The most powerful part isn't just the sound; it's the collective exhale. It's the palpable shift in the room's energy from when we begin to when we close our circle.

In just 90 minutes today we witnessed a shared journey from tension to release, from rushed energy to calm stillness, from sighs, groans and moans to gentle soul soothing hums.

The sound is the invitation, but the community is what creates the transformation.
