Cultivating Love & Unity
Yoga Nidra is a guided practice designed to bring a sense of unity between body and mind. In this session, we’ll settle in with gentle stretches to prepare the body for an hour of guided meditation in peaceful stillness, promoting deep relaxation and loving kindness toward self.
From there, we expand our awareness outward, extending love and kindness to those who surround us. Wear your comfiest clothes — bolsters, blankets, and blocks are provided for all the support you need.
