I'm a certified fitness instructor (ACSM) with over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry.

I've been teaching group exercise classes indoors and now I want to bring it outdoors underneath the blue or night skies. An outdoor group fitness class that offers a variety of workouts that are challenging and fun! Try our Butts N Guts class that focuses on lower body, booty, and core; or our on the go non stop Cardio 30 that focuses on endurance, and lastly Bootcamp, a total body conditioning workout that focuses on all of your major muscles group so you can burn those calories away. All of our classes are 50min to 60min long with a warm up and cool down for your body. Class days and times are Monday / Wednesday / Friday at 5pm and Saturdays at 8:30am. Come gives us a try, we are located in the Van Nuys Sherman Oaks park located in Sherman Oaks, CA
