⏱️ Schedule Short "Time-Outs": Dedicate just 15-30 minutes daily for a guaranteed break—no care tasks allowed. Use this time to read, listen to music, or just sit quietly and sip coffee.

😮 Practice Mindful Movement: Incorporate simple, gentle movements into your routine, like five minutes of stretching or deep breathing. Physical movement is a powerful stress reliever and mood booster.

❤️ Use Your Network (Respite): Actively accept help and utilize available resources, such as respite care or asking a friend/family member to sit with your loved one for an afternoon. Stepping away is essential, not selfish.
