✨WELCOME MADISON S, BCBA!🤍✨
Madison grew up in Alexandria, VA, where her love of movement and community took shape early. A talented figure skater and hockey player, she channeled those passions into action by helping lead the adaptive skating program at Mount Vernon Recreation Center for nearly five years — combining her athletic skills with a deep commitment to supporting kids who need extra encouragement. As a neurodivergent behavior analyst and educator, Madison’s path into this field is deeply personal. She navigated honors and AP classes with an IEP, experiencing firsthand what it feels like to lack the individualized support needed to truly succeed. That experience became the foundation of her mission: building systems and environments where every learner can thrive. Madison entered the field of ABA in 2017 and went on to earn both her BCaBA and BCBA through Ball State University’s ABA program. She has developed a niche working with individuals with dual disabilities, including blind and visually impaired individuals, bringing a thoughtful, inclusive lens to every client she serves. Outside of work, Madison cherishes time with her daughter, her husband, and their dogs. She is passionate about helping others, and you’ll often find her with a cup of tea in hand, exploring local events and spots.
