The time has come to say goodbye. This month marks the three-year anniversary of the venture I started called The Zen Bar. I have decided to conclude this chapter of my life. As many of you know, my path has always involves seeking new directions and opportunities for growth. I never stay in one place long, I go where I am called.

I am profoundly grateful for everyone I have connected with through The Zen Bar over the past three years – clients, colleagues, all who supported or engaged with my work, and especially to all the facilitators that brought so much value to this sacred space. I feel a strong sense of accomplishment and pride in the dedication and effort we all invested into this creation.

Thank you to each and every one of you – from those who actively participated in classes and events to those who simply followed and supported me on social media.

We’ve got a couple of weeks left for last minute ozone therapy appointments. Please book with the link in our bio, if interested.

As for me…. some years ago, I began exploring healing practices involving earth medicines. I am now furthering this path by apprenticing with a wonderful mentor. As I continue working on myself as a person, I will be here to help support others on their healing paths through earth medicines and will also be offering private, at home sound healing sessions. Also, be on the lookout for ceremonies and retreats to come.

I want to take this final opportunity to emphasize the importance of self-care; physically, mentally, and spiritually. When we prioritize our own well-being, we enhance our ability to love and support those around us. Caring for ourselves is not just a personal responsibility; it is a foundation that allows us to contribute positively to the world. Thank you all once again, from the depths of my grateful heart.

This is not goodbye, it’s “see you in the next chapter.”

Jono is the owner of Vitality Restored in McKinney, Texas, where he believes in the intrinsic power of self-healing. He is a certified Reiki Level III Master Teacher and specializes in Thai Yoga Massage and Lomi Lomi massage.

Additionally, Jono is certified in cupping therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, and EMDR, and is pursuing certification in Trauma-Informed Somatic Therapy.
