We are pleased to announce that UnitedHealthcare’s Affordable Care Act (ACA) individual marketplace plan is in-network with Springfield Clinic for 2026.

The deadline for our patients to make changes to their marketplace plan selection is approaching. Open enrollment for coverage starting Jan. 1, 2026, runs from Nov. 1 to Dec. 15, 2025 (learn more at getcovered.illinois.gov).

Please note that most Springfield Clinic clinical and business offices will be closed as of noon on Friday, Dec. 29. We will reopen with normal business hours on Tuesday, Jan. 2. Our Urgent Care locations are open with holiday hours in effect and TeleNurse services are available 24/7 to provide after-hours medical advice.
