Callie Clinic has been the sole provider for Texoma residents impacted by HIV/AIDS in Grayson, Cooke, and Fannin Counties since 1991. We are a non-profit corporation funded by public grants, private grants, donations, and fundraisers. We are committed to serving our community and providing easy access to much-needed services.
In 1991, the AIDS Resource Center of Texoma (ARCOT) was incorporated as a private, non-profit, community based organization to address the needs of people in the Texoma area living affected by HIV/AIDS.
In 2007, after 16 years in the community, our name was formally changed to Callie Clinic, in honor of Mrs. Callie Frost’s charitable efforts. In 2014, our services expanded to include STI testing and care through a partnership with the State of Texas.
Since our beginnings in 1991, we have been the sole provider for Texoma residents impacted by HIV/AIDS with medical services, testing and case management funded by Federal Ryan White Grants and The State of Texas. Callie Clinic is managed by an exceptional staff who is always available to help you in the fight against STDs and HIV/AIDS. Whether it’s education, testing, or support, Callie Clinic is here for life.
HOW WE CAN HELP
We offer free and confidential HIV and Hepatitis C testing.
WHAT IF IT’S POSITIVE?
In everyday life and in the doctor's office you will have someone with you every step of the way. If it turns out that you are HIV positive (from a doctor, health department or from us) a referral is made to one of our Case Managers who will conduct a thorough assessment to determine what services you may need and will work out an individualized care plan to aid in your compliance. With your consent, we can also meet with your partner and family members to help guide them through the ways they can help you.
