Therapy Review

"Therapy has helped me in my relationship with my mom, and my kids. I see a huge change in how I communicate now. I am less angry, combative and I stop to think before I respond.

I one million percent would recommend Healing Grace to anyone looking for therapy and Life Coaching because I believe in what they are doing, and they have helped me so much on my path to becoming better.

I started therapy to help my communication skills and better relationships with my mom and kids. Mental Health is so important and shouldn't be shaved under the rug. Nobody is perfect but we can all be better."
