๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐?
Life is full of ebbs and flowsโsome welcome, some unexpected. These transitions arrive whether we feel ready or not. Over time, I've come to see that when we can meet them with even a small amount of openness and intention, we create space for more connection, clarity, and ease. It doesnโt mean we always feel peaceful, but it does mean we begin to build trustโin life, in timing, and most importantly, in ourselves.
My word for this year is ๐ก๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ก๐๐๐, and I am deeply exploring how I handle the chaos and beauty of these phases in life. A coach Iโm working with recently shared: when we stop holding on so tightly and when we can release old patterns or attachments with trust and grace, we create space for something new to emerge.
As a steward of the herd and the land, Iโve learned that part of caring for our horses is listening to their energy, just like we listen to our own inner guidance. And so, some beautiful transitions are happening here on the farm. When you next visit, you may notice a few changes.
Fiona, Honey, and Star are moving on to loving new homes with skilled heart-led guardians who will help them continue to grow. Other members of our herdโSammy, Frankie, Prince, and Dinoโare deepening their training and preparing for their future roles. And some of the horses staying with us will be stepping forward in new ways, offering their presence to clients through one-to-one Equine-Facilitated Therapy.
We're also opening space for new clients and new rhythmsโwelcoming those who are ready to listen to their bodyโs wisdom, maybe for the first time in a long while. Iโll be sharing more soon about new coaching groups, retreats, and healing opportunities here at the farm.
On a personal note, Iโm also on a fertility journeyโone that has brought me closer to my body and womb in profound ways. Iโm learning that the desire for motherhood is shaping not just my path, but also what I want to offer to the women I support.
Transitions havenโt always been easy for me. In truth, they've often been filled with grief. CONTD IN COMMENTS....
