Meal prep made easy! Don't over complicate things. When you find something that works, stick with it. My favorite meal prep.. bowls. This week, I made this Mediterranean Beef Bowl found on Recioes by Rosie's page. This recipe made enough for 6 servings, and it's delicious! I'll post the link in the comments if you want to check it out. Put this over lettuce or 1/4 cup rice.

Have you heard the saying, "Your body keeps the score?" Our bodies hold onto energy, good and bad, and store all our unprocessed trauma. If you don't have an outlet, that energy/trauma gets stuck and, eventually, catches up with you. What is the most important thing you can do for yourself? Get rid of toxic relationships, sleep more, spend time outside, honor your spirit.

The importance of consistency and balance. I just spent 7 days in Miami with my daughter. We ate amazing food and had a few cocktails. I did not exercise at all, not 1 time. This trip was about spending time with my daughter and healing my heart and nervous system. I got home at midnight last night. This morning, I stepped on the scale, I was only up 2lbs! I got my workout clothes on and hit a 30-minute agility and mobility class.

The biggest takeaway from this trip is that if you are consistent in your daily life, small indulgences will not ruin your progress! Balance is everything, and once you have balance in your life, this lifestyle is easy!
