It has been a really long time since I’d bound a book. Made from chip board and some faux leather- elastic ran thru eyelits because I’m lazy and also now it can be reloaded with more paper 😂 I don’t think it’s done, it looks really.. plain. But I enjoy the Neverending story orobourus on it a good deal!

I whittled a wand- sculpted clay into a rose and leaves and Imbedded an amethyst. Colored the wood. Came out pretty neat.

I made a journal with a three inch spine. rainbow moonstone accentuated with purple beads embroidered to the front. Closure made with eyelets and chain extender bc it gapes without it. 190 pages, coffee and purple dyed. Cool amethyst and ribbon dangles on the spine. Been workin on making ephemera for the inside. Like pockets and what not. Also made two folders for the inside out of hanging file folders 😂
This one feels really cohesive.

Nautical one, tri fold, 180 pages. Various types of paper and dyes. And a little dangly decoration on the spine! I haven’t started decorating the inside yet.

Another small journal I made, though this one is soft cover! With some batting in between layers of fleece and suede fabrics. Hand sewn, even the embroidered skull. Exposed spine, ect ect. 50 pages! The photo in the front is a pocket!

Finished this hand bound journal. Four dyed paper removable signatures. Book corner protectors. Kyanite dangle-thing. Pockets.. ribbon book mark. Very proud of this one!
