✨A new chapter in WELLNESS is coming to FOXO3✨

Deciding to close my brick and mortar,FOXO3 Sauna, this past winter sent aftershocks through my soul that completely shattered me, while somehow simultaneously activating a deep inner knowing that I have so much more to share.

Over these past several years, I’ve learned, I’ve listened and I’ve held space for the thousands of women who visited and shared their unique health journeys with me…all seeking a more natural, safe, holistic approach to healing, detox, weight loss and wellbeing. And while the modalities we offered were literally the best on the market…I couldn’t shake the need to go deeper. Because after all, I am you.

I’ve been busy working with some powerful healing tools that are too good not to share! Because guess what? Living our healthiest version of ourselves doesn’t have to be so hard, so expensive, so time consuming! Now I have your attention!

It’s true! After weeks of dealing with water restoration, plumbing, demo and remodeling we are finally ready to open our doors back up! How FOXO3 came to be...

See these sweet faces? These are our boys...Owen, Ryder and Sawyer. This picture was taken at the Newberg drive-in while Sawyer was mid-way through his 3.5 year long treatment protocol for Leukemia. He was diagnosed in 2013 at age 5.

Being thrown into the world of childhood cancer is like being caught up in a tornado that never quite ends. You learn to live life day to day and many times minute to minute. The fear, the uncertainty, the scheduling, the medications, the pain, the tears...it’s enough to understand why we all ignore it unless we don’t get that luxury. The worst part as the parent is just watching your child suffer and get sicker and sicker without having any power to help.

About a year into Sawyer’s treatment, the feeling of helplessness and hopelessness was too much and mama bear HAD to find something (ANYTHING) to help ease Sawyer’s pain. Many days and nights were spent researching accessible, affordable, easy ways to naturally support Sawyer. So the first thing we did...yep, bought an infrared sauna and set it up right in the middle or our house! It was literally the first thing you saw when you walked in our front door. And yes, many friends and family members thought we were crazy!

What we didn’t anticipate about the sauna was how it would be so important to our own healing. It became a regular form of self-care, allowing us to relax, sweat, detox and heal ourselves as well. It quickly became the favorite part of our day.
