It's a myth, of course.

Generally, to prevent skin damage as early as possible, it is best to start using retinol at the age of 30. Depending on your patient's skin durability, we recommend introducing Retinol Charisma gradually to their treatment routine, starting with our delicate version of 0.3%. Results will show after 3-4 weeks.

Retinol causes the skin to be thinner and more sensitive. Therefore, apply sunscreen before venturing out and keep sun exposure to minimal.
