Job Title: Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and credentialed Medical Laboratory Scientist (MT/MLS/CLS) to join our growing team. This leadership role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation and management of our laboratory workflows. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, the ability to inspire confidence and trust, and the capacity to handle both administrative and technical tasks with ease.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee daily laboratory operations.
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of laboratory professionals.
Ensure compliance with laboratory best practices and safety protocols.
Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests with accuracy and precision.
Troubleshoot and maintain laboratory equipment.
Utilize Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) for data entry and analysis.
Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and teamwork.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science (MLS/CLS) or a related science field.
5+ years of generalist laboratory experience (preferred).
Certification by ASCP, AMT, or equivalent (preferred).
In-depth knowledge of laboratory best practices, including handling infectious materials.
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in data analysis and process evaluation.
Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with team members at all levels.
Self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning and professional development.
Authorized to work in the United States with full fluency in English.

Sherwood, AR 72120. Candidates must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
