Built in 2006, The Heritage of Green Hills sits at the intersection of Tranquility Lane and Inspiration Boulevard in Shillington, PA, near Reading. But it’s not just our Berks County address that sets us apart from a typical retirement community. Behind our doors you’ll find a community buzzing with activity. In fact, nearly 90 percent of residents are involved in some kind of physical activity, thanks to our community-wide wellness program, Well by DesignSM. We work with each resident to determine interests, hobbies and goals they’d like to pursue, and then create customized plans to help encourage a well-rounded and engaging life. The bottom line is, we want residents to stay independent longer.

Recently we were treated to beautiful Christmas carols from the Twin Valley Girl Scouts! Daisys, Brownies, and Juniors were the three different troops that joined together to fill our community with holiday cheer. Thank you for sharing your voices and brightening our season!
