Position: Surgery Scheduler / Prior Authorization Specialist
Location: Shillington, PA
Type: Full-Time

Our busy podiatry office in Shillington is looking for a detail-oriented and organized team member to help schedule surgeries and manage prior authorizations. Experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right candidate with a positive attitude and strong work ethic!

What You’ll Do:
✅ Schedule surgeries and coordinate with providers and surgical facilities
✅ Obtain prior authorizations from insurance companies
✅ Communicate with patients professionally about surgery dates and instructions
✅ Verify insurance benefits and complete required documentation
✅ Keep accurate patient records and follow up on pending authorizations
✅ Support other administrative tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:

✨ Prior medical office experience is a plus
