If you message me about an appointment I may be slow to respond because I will be soaking up lots of time with my boys! But I'll be checking messages here and there.

I will be at my space this evening from 4:30pm-6:30pm if anyone wanted to grab their gift Certificates while I am there!

If I am in a massage please just message me to let me know youre there! (You could also knock on my door and ill come out to meet you 😊😊)

Monday and Tuesday Next week will be your last opportunity to pick them up In Person. But I can invoice and email up until Christmas Eve!

It's gift card season! A lot of you asked if I offer gift cards and the answer is Yes I do! 🎁

You can purchase them 2 ways. 💸

1. In person when I'm at my space 🚶‍♀️
Monday evenings 1:00-6:00pm
Tuesday - Friday 8:00am- 1:00pm
(If you need a time outside of those if you message me I can probably work it out at some point!)

2. I can text you an invoice 📲
Once that's paid I will send you an email with the certificate 📧

This week marks 1 year since Heavy Hand Light Touch became a reality and I wanted to make a post expressing my sincerest gratitude.

Thank you to all of my clients new and old for supporting me week in and week out. Thank you for being flexible with my young family and changes in schedule that the demands of motherhood brings. Thank you for sharing your stories, your lives, your hearts in my little room.

I am so proud of my space, it has become my safe haven. I hope many of you feel the same when you are there too.

I get to go to work everyday doing something that I love and so many of you have become an extension of my family. I will never be able to tell you how grateful I am.

I hope you all continue to take care of yourselves and I am so proud to be a small part of your journey!
