TUESDAY, JANUARY 27TH 2PM

Our next program at the Surf City Library will be focusing on Medication Misuse Prevention.

We will be discussing how to store, administer, and dispose prescription medications safely.

Everyone who attends the program will receive a kit to take home, which includes a drug disposal pouch, a pill organizer; fact cards on the topics that are discussed, medical history card for the fridge, and window alert sticker. A big thank you to our local Ocean County DART Prevention Coalition for giving us the opportunity to provide these kits to our attendees!

Don't forget! Our last walk of our "Walk for Wellness" program will be Friday November 21st at 9:30am! Everyone will receive a raffle ticket for attending.

Winner will be announced! Thank you again to Pyour Core Synergy Hot Yoga for donating a wonderful basket for one lucky individual to win! As the cold windy months approaches it is important to stay active.
