Second monthly competition night turn out was great everyone absolutely killed it. Huge shout out to the first places in each category but also the nonmembers coming in to participate. We appreciate you all and your hard work. It was amazing seeing everyone there. Big shoutout to our youngest competitor Ashton Gutshall 14 years just doing phenomenal things. Here’s to the next one in March date to be announced. Let us know if you think of any new featured lifts you want to see

Are you ready for our bench press PR night this Saturday the 7th? Event is 6p to 9p.
We will also be doing a pushup competition, curl bar repetition comp, and bench repetition comp. Men will curl 70lbs for as many reps as possible. Women will curl 40lbs for as many reps as possible.
For the bench reps women will do 135lbs for as many reps as possible and men will do 225lbs for as many reps as possible.
Members are free, Non-members are $5.
Come push your limits!
We have prizes for each event. You also earn bragging rights 😏

Volume has got nothing to do with muscle growth. Light weight for endless reps won’t build anything, no matter how many sets you do. Real progress comes from pushing a set to your limit, where effort actually matters. End of story. 💪🔥
