“It has been so great working with Courtney! I came to WHS to continue to rehab my hip that was still bothering me after I had surgery to repair a torn labrum and bone spur on my femur but I’ve stayed for the personal training and nutritional coaching. Although I went somewhere else for the initial rehab I was drawn to WHS for their approach to PT. They do not just check off the typical rehab boxes. From the first consultation, Courtney has been instrumental in listening to my concerns, establishing goals, manipulating my hip, creating individualized workouts that are challenging (and fun!) while meeting me right where I am at to safely build the foundational strength needed for long term success. Although some days can feel like 2 steps forward and one step back Courtney is right there to help make adjustments to keep me moving forward. Peter and Courtney have made it a seamless transition to include the personal training and health coaching into my routine. The one on one coaching with Peter had been invaluable as I take back not only my nutrition but all habits to maximize the effort and results put forward in the gym. I can’t say enough about the culture of WHS. Although they all take the task at hand seriously it’s so fun spending time in the gym with Courtney, Peter, Jianna, and Gary where they freely share their knowledge and jokes which makes the path of getting your body back after an injury not seem nearly as daunting. In just a short time I’ve seen real results that have allowed me to get back to doing the things I love to do! They really make you want to get better everyday.”
