Ever feel stiff through the middle of your back? Try this half kneeling thoracic rotation to open things up and improve your mobility! 💪✨
Here’s how to do it:
• Set up near a wall in a half-kneeling position
• Use a yoga block (or anything handy) and press your knee into it to keep your hips stable
• Reach both arms forward
• Keep your inside hand on the wall while the outside arm rotates back as far as you can
• Focus on rotating from the mid-spine—not the hips
This simple drill is awesome for improving thoracic rotation, posture, and overall movement quality.
