Growth and change can be messy and even painful. Allow your old self to be dismantled and transformed. PEACE arises as we let go, learning to align and flow with creative changes.

The transformation of a caterpillar into a butterfly is a journey through what seems like chaos. The old structures must dissolve, degenerate, fall apart completely.

Give yourself time. Be patient. If you were to try and open a chrysalis while metamorphosis is in progress, you will destroy the transformation.

Give yourself and others space. Don't be afraid of the darkness. Sometimes what seems like a hard shell is needed to protect and nurture creative transformation and rebirth..
