Hi! I’m Katie, the new Activities Director here at Twin Cedar Senior Living!

Before starting my journey in senior living, I spent two decades as a stay-at-home mom and wife, raising my six kids while also helping care for my aging parents and in-laws, experiences that truly shaped my heart for this field.

I began my career as a PCA on a memory care floor, then transitioned into activities, where I found my passion. Working with seniors has truly become something I love, and improving their quality of life is so important to me.

It means everything to be part of a place where our residents are treated like family and truly feel at home, and that’s exactly what we strive for here at Twin Cedar!

A new year begins and we’re stepping into it together.

At Culture Care Senior Living, a new year isn’t about resolutions or trends. It’s about people. It’s about the residents who trust us with their stories, the families who invite us into their lives, and the team members who show up every day with compassion, patience, and heart.

2025 reminded us that the smallest moments often matter the most. A shared laugh, a familiar song, a hand held a little longer, a room filled with connection. Those moments are the reason we do what we do.

As we welcome 2026, our focus remains the same. To keep showing up with purpose. To keep growing together. To keep creating spaces where seniors feel valued, heard, and truly at home.

Thank you for being part of our journey. We’re grateful to walk into this new year with all of you.
