Dearest Friends,
Since April and the studio closing so much has happened. Thankfully, we have remained a beautiful, compassionate sangha through it all.
Web launch at tribeofchangingbodies.com will be coming very soon, hopefully by Labor Day September 1, 2025 which is the day this new schedule will become effective. And yes, if you know me well I always believe in having class on holidays. It's a regular class, not a workshop. And we usually most always sometimes have fun. Ha.
Instagram is set up and running, I'm actually doing challenges and it has been eye opening, and of course challenging. Always room to grow, which leads me to the dedication and thank you to each of you for your love and support. The journey has been awesome and some of the stories unimaginably beautiful during this time.
Just as the class which still remains on the schedule to this day, born of the pandemic, Healing Yoga, we remain steadfast and committed to the practice all year round. It was after this class and it's unique energetic properties the name Tribe of Changing Bodies Came to me and this is what I wrote;
"Of all shapes and sizes from anywhere in the world, we are a tribe of changing bodies.
Our bodies, a precious gift, were woven mysteriously together cell by cell inside of a woman’s changing body.
We walk the planet growing in our changing bodies, creating beauty, cultivating compassion, and nurturing love.
In this space you will always be affirmed and uplifted in your body which is always changing."
With this one seed so much has already grown up. ❤️
