Join us for a deeply relaxing Sound Bath at Solaris on Friday, March 20 at 6:30 PM.

Allow yourself to unwind as soothing vibrations from crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments wash over you, guiding your body and mind into a state of deep calm and restoration. This immersive experience is designed to help release stress, quiet the mind, and restore energetic balance as you ease into the evening.

Come as you are, get comfortable, and let the sound carry you into a meditative, restorative state.
