If someone comes in for a new patient exam, here are the 3 most common things I see:

1) A loss of curvature in the neck. Curvatures act like shock absorbers. When we lose this curvature, we start increasing the daily stressors on our spine.

2) An imbalance in the pelvis. Walking or running can create imbalances over time.

3) Nothing! This is our favorite outcome and what we hope for most.
