We’re so excited to welcome a familiar face into a new role at the studio.
Many of you already know Catalina—she’s been a part of our community as a student for the past 6+ months. Starting April 12th, she’ll be stepping into the studio as a teacher, offering a new weekly class:
Sunday Reset Slow Flow
Sundays | 4:30–5:30p | Begins April 12
Close the weekend with a deep exhale. This gentle, unhurried class weaves together breath, slow movement, and stillness to help you reset before the week begins.
We’ll start with grounding breath, ease into simple, mindful movement, and close with a cozy cool-down and meditation.
New to yoga? You’ll feel right at home here.
Been practicing for years? This is your space to slow down, soften, and settle in.
Come as you are—you’ll leave feeling clear, calm, and ready for the week ahead.
About Catalina:
Catalina’s path to yoga and mindful living didn’t begin on a mat—it began with a choice to come home to herself.
Before sobriety, she often felt disconnected from who she was. Self-care wasn’t yet something she knew how to access, and life moved through stress, emotional exhaustion, and disconnection.
Sobriety became a doorway into awareness. Through that journey, she began to understand how deeply wellbeing is tied to daily care and presence. Yoga entered slowly and gently—through breath, simple movement, and moments of stillness.
What she discovered was transformative.
Yoga brought stability, balance, and an inner peace she had never known before. Over time, it supported a deeper sense of grounding that now extends into her relationships, her work, and how she shows up in the world.
This is why she teaches.
