Research supports as little as 5 minutes/day with no input (not even calm music), no output (not talking, writing, etc), and no judgment of your thoughts or feelings during that time as a way of improving brain function and mood.
Before Instagram we knew how to wait in an elevator or in line or at a stop light without input or output and we can still do it but it takes conscious effort. And the no judgment part is key. Sit with your thoughts and feelings- it will be ok. 💕
(And this is different from lying quietly awake at 3am which is a whole other post 😊).
I’m going to try it in 2026.

While it may work for some, a middle dose of the patch and prometrium may not be right for everyone and it’s important to know and understand options.

1. 👍Know your options: patch, gel, pill, ring, cream, birth control, IUD, etc.

2. 💊Consider estrogen, progesterone, testosterone and other related hormones or conditions.

3. 📚 Stack hormones one at a time so you know what works and what causes side effects.

4. 🍑 Understand v@ginal options, including cream, tablet, ring, and others and how they can best work for you.

5. 💜 Learn hormones, medications, topicals and behavior changes for sexual health.

6. 🤔Discover supportive changes or therapies.

7.📱 Have quick access to your provider in case you have question, side effects, updates or changes.
