What an amazing contribution and commitment from Stone Creek Coffee! ☕️

What an amazing contribution and commitment from Stone Creek Coffee! ☕️

In late January, we shared that our cafés would post a clear notice stating:

“Private property. This business does not consent to immigration enforcement activities without a judicial warrant.”

We did this because we believe our cafés should remain spaces of calm, safety, and human connection for everyone who walks through the door — customers, neighbors, and our team.

At that time, we also shared that we would support an immigration bond fund as part of taking action beyond our walls.

This week, Stone Creek Coffee made a $25,000 donation to the Midwest Immigration Bond Fund.

This organization helps post immigration bonds for people who are being held in detention and cannot afford the bond required for release. Posting bond allows a detained individual to be released from custody and return to their family and community while their legal case proceeds.

The fund operates as a revolving bond fund, meaning that when a case concludes and the bond is returned, those same dollars can be used again to help another person.

We believe businesses should participate in the well-being of the communities that support them — not only through words, but through tangible action.

On we go.
