As I round out my first month open at my new studio, I need to thank those who helped me to get here.

Thank you for trusting me when you are at your most vulnerable. When you are in pain, maybe even recovering from an accident or surgery.
Thank you for attending my classes and workshops too!
16 years as a massage therapist, 20 years as a Reiki practitioner, and a Shamanic healer.
I am humbly grateful for this life and how I get to show up every day. 🙏🏼

I hope to expand my offerings and take root and flourish in the space. ❤️
