About LiviWell
We’re an innovative women’s s*xual health startup. Our first product, Livi—a post-s*x tampon—is expected to launch after FDA clearance by December 2025. We’re building a brand that empowers women through education, quality products, and open conversations.

What you’ll do
• 🧩 Own end-to-end operations: vendors, purchasing, inventory, fulfillment
• 💬 Lead customer support and build lasting relationships
• 🛍️ Manage Shopify (listings, orders, light optimization)
• 📣 Support marketing (social replies, email campaigns, content coordination)
• 🗂️ Handle payroll and basic HR tasks
• 📊 Track KPIs, streamline processes, and jump into special projects as we scale

What we’re looking for
• 🎓 Bachelor’s degree + 2–4 years professional experience
• 🗣️ Excellent communication; adaptable, resourceful, and a self-starter
• ❤️ Comfort discussing women’s s*xual health professionally and without judgment
• 🛒 Experience with Shopify/e-commerce (or willingness to learn quickly)
• 🔄 Working knowledge of supply chain, customer experience, or digital marketing
• 📈 Strong Excel (pivot tables, analysis) and solid PowerPoint skills
• 🧭 Ability to prioritize and execute independently

Big day for Team LiviWell yesterday at the Atlantic Health Venture & Innovation Summit!

We were honored to have our CEO Dawn Halkuff, CMO & cofounder Dr. Michael Ingber, and COO & cofounder Daniel Seewald representing LiviWell—one of the proud Greenhouse companies backed by Atlantic Health System’s Venture Studio.

At LiviWell, we’re on a mission to transform women’s health. Our first product is the world’s first post-s*x tampon, created to support the vaginal microbiome and help prevent UTIs and bacterial vaginosis—because women deserve better options.

A huge thank you to Atlantic Health, Atlantic Venture Studio, and all the AHS leadership for hosting such an inspiring day. We're excited to announce a major milestone with the appointment of Dawn Halkuff as our new CEO.

Dawn brings extensive experience in women’s health and product innovation, having most recently served as CEO of Ideal Protein. She was also the COO of TherapeuticsMD, where she played a key role in the company’s $177M acquisition. Dawn’s expertise in leading high-growth organizations will be vital as we build on LiviWell’s positive clinical trial data and expand further.

👏 Co-Founder Daniel Seewald will take over the Chief Operating Officer role where he will focus on driving LiviWell’s launch and future innovation, while Co-Founder Michael Ingber will continue to lead our clinical strategy as Chief Medical Officer.
