Every two seconds, someone in the U.S. needs blood. Blood donations are essential for surgeries, cancer treatments, trauma care, and managing chronic illnesses. A single donation can save up to three lives!
Accord Hospice of the White Mountains is so pleased to support the efforts of the American Red Cross by hosting a Blood Drive on Friday, June 12th! Please come out and donate - you will be so glad that you did!

Accord Hospice was proud to be a part of the 16th Annual Carriage House Bike Run on Saturday. Many in attendance had questions about end-of-life care and we felt privileged to provide answers. Fun, food, and great conversations!

A heartfelt thank you to all who supported our fundraiser for the family of Glenn and Bonni Polyak yesterday! We are so grateful to The Loaded Dawg for their delicious hot dog lunch, Trinity Mobile Services for providing their services and hard work in making sure every car left clean and shiny, and to Majik 101-7 for getting the word out!
To our Accord Hospice of the White Mountains team for organizing and executing an event that demonstrated love and commitment to this wonderful family! And last, but not least-to this community that Glenn and Bonni so dearly love, thank you for coming out and returning that love through lending time, supportive words, and monetary donations! You are All the best!

We are so fortunate to live and work in such a wonderful community! It's time to give another shout out to those who are committed to helping get the word out on our Fundraiser for the Polyak Family. Thank you to Majik 101.7 FM for saying Yes to supporting our efforts. You may hear their message on the radio, but know that they will continue to support on Friday!
The Polyak's story is one that hits close to home. Glenn (aka Glenn's Plumbing) was diagnosed with Metastatic Melanoma over 4 years ago and is currently receiving treatment at Banner MD Anderson Cancer Center in Gilbert. Glenn and his wife, Bonni, an Accord Hospice Chaplain, have temporarily relocated in their RV to be closer to the Cancer Center. Their finances have been greatly impacted.
On Friday. May 15th, from 11 am - 2 pm, Accord Hospice of the White Mountains will be hosting a Car Wash, Bake Sale, and Lunch-to-Go with all proceeds to support the Polyak family. Please stop by to support. Cash, Checks made to Glenn & Bonni Polyak and/or Zelle: Bonni Polyak 928-242-0607 are accepted.
If you are unable to attend - you may drop your donation off to Accord Hospice, 5300 S. Sutter Dr. Bldg. C. in Show Low (the location of Friday's event.)

We know you have our Fundraiser for the Polyak family on your calendar for Friday, May 15th from 11 am - 2 pm at Accord Hospice of the White Mountains - 5300 S. Sutter Rd. in Show Low...but we wanted to do a shout out to two very special supporters of the event!
We are so grateful to The Loaded Dawg for graciously providing their delicious Hot Dawgs for the event! Be on time to grab a hot dog, drink, and chips for "lunch to go!"
Also, Trinity Mobile Services will be with us helping to make your car look clean and shiny! They are the experts!
All proceeds from the car wash and lunch to go - along with our amazing baked goods sale will go directly to the Glenn & Bonni Polyak family!!! And if you just want to drop off a donation - we will welcome that kind gesture too!

Each year, Accord Hospice looks forward to celebrating our skilled nursing home facilities during National Skilled Nursing Home Care Week in May. We express gratitude for their compassion and dedication to those they serve. This years theme is entitled "Moments in Bloom," of which we know there are many!
Thank you to all who are instrumental in helping to create those special moments!
