Low yearly fee's also pay for garbage pick up, water, taxes,insurance and other expenses necessary to maintain the Tall Pines RV Resort property. Close to Walmart, Show Low hospital, Lowes and Home Depot along with numerous restaurants. Amenities include, Laundry facilities, Restrooms/Showers, Clubhouse with cable tv and internet, BBQ Grills, extensive library. Activities include, Coffee and Social hours, numerous potluck events, Ice Cream Socials, card games, chair exercise.

It was going to come to pass, but today is too soon.
Grant and Liz Ketterman #3 whose home is for sale has returned to the valley. Liz has had a few delicate surgeries and then a recent heart attack requiring 4 stents. Her breathing is getting more labored each day they stay. They will be back for last remaining items and then at the time of closing.

Expect overnight lane restrictions along SR 260 in Heber-Overgaard Sept. 2 - 5 for road maintenance
The Arizona Department of Transportation advises drivers to prepare for overnight lane restrictions along State Route 260 in Heber-Overgaard from Tuesday evening, Sept. 2, through Friday morning, Sept. 5, while crews perform road maintenance.
Drivers should expect the following restrictions from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. each night:
SR 260 will be reduced to one lane in each direction between Black Canyon Lane and Bison Ranch Road (mileposts 304-310).
Flaggers will be in place directing alternating traffic at each end of the work zone where there are only two lanes:
From Mainline Road to Black Canyon Lane (mileposts 303-304)
From Bison Ranch Road to milepost 310
Drivers should be prepared to slow down and make frequent stops while moving through the work zone.
Business access will be maintained during construction.
Restrictions will be lifted each morning after work hours.
