One thing we really love to use and talk about here at the spa is Doterra Essential Oils. There are just so many uses for them! It’s hard to choose which ones to shout out, but I decided on a couple of the more popular ones.

Lavender can help your face if you combine a couple drops with your daily moisturizer, but its uses definitely don’t end there. You can also apply right on skin to soothe and relax it. Freshen your room or car or pretty much anything by putting a few drops with water in a spray bottle. You can also use it to cook for a nice floral taste, and it goes really good with fruity flavors!

Lemon oil can also freshen air with a nice fruity summer smell, as well as help clean surfaces, or even your skin. It can also support digestion and cleanse naturally if ingested!

Breathe helps to maintain feelings of clear airways and help ease your breathing (hence the name). It will also create a peaceful, rested environment and it minimizes the effects of seasonal threats!
