We had such an amazing event today for children’s wellness exams! One family was even able to bring in all six of their children at once to complete wellness visits, catch up on vaccinations, and then walk away with a $150 in Walmart gift card courtesy of Health Choice AZ, who joined us in supporting this event.

A special thank you as well to our Children’s Behavioral Health Program staff, who joined us and handed out snacks and goodies to families.

And of course, a huge thank you to our incredible staff across our programs your care, dedication, and commitment to our community are invaluable. We could not do this work without each of you, and today was a wonderful reminder of the difference you make every single day.

This free event is open to families, and we’re gladly accepting donations that will be split between Show Low and Blue Ridge Schools to support our amazing local teams!

Join us for FREE wellness exams for kids! Those enrolled in Health Choice BCBS will receive a $25 gift card. The Health Department will provide childhood immunizations on-site.

We're inviting the community to come down to Hatch Toyota and help make this summer unforgettable for the kids in our program! We’re accepting donations of snacks, prizes, or cash—every contribution makes a difference.

Enjoy free food, live music, and exciting attractions—rumor has it there will even be a helicopter on site for the kids to explore! This event is the result of an amazing collaboration between our Kids Program Manager and the team at Hatch Toyota, and we couldn’t be more excited.

Come out, have some fun, and help us create a summer full of joy, learning, and adventure for our youth!

It is with a heavy heart that we announce Dr. Roger Williams, a trusted primary care provider at our Heber location, will be retiring on December 20th, 2024.

Dr. Williams has had an exceptional career in healthcare, with many years of service in a variety of important medical roles. As a primary care provider, he has touched the lives of countless patients, offering expert medical care, compassion, and unwavering dedication. His deep knowledge and commitment to his patients have made him a beloved figure in our community, and his impact will be felt for years to come.

We are incredibly grateful for all the contributions Dr. Williams has made to ChangePoint Integrated Health and to the lives of those he has cared for. He will be greatly missed by both our team and the patients he has served so well over the years.

Rest assured, ChangePoint Integrated Health will continue to provide the same high level of care you’ve come to expect. We are in the process of ensuring a smooth transition for all our patients and will keep you informed about next steps.
