Community Medical Services is a CARF-accredited substance use disorder treatment program providing services in the form of outpatient medication-assisted treatment and private one-on-one and group counseling, and Intensive Out-Patient therapy (IOP). Compassionate opioid treatment program providing medication-assisted treatment including methadone, Suboxone, and Vivitrol in combination with behavioral health services.

BIG day for team CMS providing access to care and resources across the country!
🤝 🎉 Our clinic in Lakewood, CO hosted its first of many Resource Fairs, bringing together nearly 20 community partners offering free services not only to our patients, but to the entire community. The Paul Mitchell Denver school was even on-site, providing nearly 75 FREE haircuts - an incredible gift of care and dignity. In total we welcomed over 150 guests and the energy was nothing short of inspiring.
🏥 🙏 AND our newest clinic in Eugene, OR - opening THIS MONDAY, June 23rd! - hosted an open house! Welcoming several new system partners to tour the clinic, the team there is ready to open their doors to the first CMS patients in Eugene.
