When I first opened my therapy office here in the White Mountains of AZ, I made a quiet promise to myself:

If someone from the LGBTQ+ community ever reached out for support — no matter how full my schedule got — I would make room.

And that promise still stands. Always.

New plant 🌱 babies coming to the office this week ♥️

Being around greenery isn’t just pretty—it actually soothes your nervous system. Studies show that tending to plants can lower cortisol, boost serotonin, and activate your parasympathetic nervous system (your rest & digest state). 🌱💚

Whether it’s watering a fern, repotting a succulent, or simply sitting beside a tree—your body remembers safety here.
